Titan One Connection Issue

Postby Sangai » Fri Oct 18, 2019 12:40 pm

Hello, please advice on solution:

Titan One, works fine in GTuner, I'm able to flash the firmware, program scripts etc... However, when connected to the console it does not recognize the console and it keeps spinning circle on the display. When connected to the console with controller and to the computer in Gtuner's Device Monitor I get the correct input information reading for the controller.

Console: PS4

I have tried it on different PS4 consoles as I have few in the household... (Slim, Pro and Standard PS4) with same results...
BTW, I have two other Titan One units - they work fine :)

Forgot to mention... I have tried restoring the firmware and re-flashing the unit, and that didn't help :(

Welcome to our forums.

Please check if the output protocol configured in your device is set to AUTOMATIC or to PS4.

Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.

I have verified the settings. Titan One was set to Automatic protocol. I've changed it to PS4 and tried with same results.

Thank you for checking.

After plug the device to the PS4 console and the PS4 controller to the Titan One, please let me know the state of the top and bottom dots on the device’s display (the dots are on or off)?

After plugging in Titan One by itself to the console I get Top Left and Bottom Right dots (solid), After Plugging in controller to already plugged in titan one Bottom Right dot disappears.

When trying to plug in Titan One with already connected controller I get the same result... Both dots show up solid at first, then bottom right disappears while Top Left stays solid.

Digit Display just keeps "spinning" - well its not really spinning but flashing from the bottom to top of the digit display
I'll try to make a video in a little bit to clarify

Based in your description it seems the device’s output port is defective. I am sorry for the issue. Please contact the retailer you purchased the device to check if still possible request a replacement.
