Titan one wont connect to console or controllers (NEED HELP)

I have been using my titan one for maybe 2 weeks now and never had an issue, until now!! i cant play my game because my controllers will not connect to the consol, even when i plug controller straight into console, nothing just blinking xbox button and thats all. I tried a different controllers but neither will work. i cant even sync the controllers.please please please help me asap!!!!!!!!!!!

What is showing on the titan one display?

Without the titan, another method to sync is simply plug a usb cable from controller to console.

It authenticate to the console and to the controller but when I put the mod packs on it'll let me switch between modpacks but won't let me switch mods

After plugging the controller to the Titan One, does the bottom dot on the device's display turns off?

i plug controller into titan one then turn xbox on,it shows 0 with blue light on the bottom.when i put it on a gamepack before it showed blue until a class is activated (when classes were selected it would flash the classes number in purple blinks and flash value of class in green blinks). i used to be able to switch through mod classes with controller. now it shows the number the gamepack in blue, but when i try to active a gamepack now,it shows the the pack number slot in purple and wont let me switch classes along with some of my buttons seem to not work

Some gamepacks does not have the option for configuration using the controller. What is the Gamepack you are using in this case?

The Modern Warfare Gamepack has configuration via controller. To access it hold SHARE+OPTIONS for 2 seconds, the lightbar on PS4 controller should start blinking purple and then green.

Not to sound rude but I know that. When I put the gamepack on the titan and program it, I plug it in to my console I press the select and start but it doesn't allow me to switch mods it just blinks a u.

AU means the controller hasn't authenticated with the console. Try a different USB cable for the controller.
