AU error

Postby joban727 » Sat Apr 25, 2020 8:18 am

Havent used my titan one for few months. Plugged the titan into the xbox with the same tables and I get the AU error and tried different cable too and still the same even when I can control my xbox with the controller with it just fine but cannot load any of the scripts. Any fix for this?

AU means the controller isn't authenticating. What controller is it?

After plugging the controller to the Titan One, does the bottom dot of the device's display turns off? Thanks.

The dots are lit on both corners and do not turn off. Sorry about the delay

The expected behavior is the bottom dot turn off as soon as the controller is plugged to the Titan One.

Normally when this does not happens, the problem is with the cable. However, it seems you already tried other cables.

Do you have also tried other controllers to check? If yes there is a change the input port of your device is defective. In this case try reach the retailer you purchased the device to check if still possible request a replacement.

Thanks.

That is odd because my controller works just fine plugged into it just that error. Should I try to resolder the port directly with female USB?
