my titan 1 keeps flashing or rotating a circle around two dots top right and bottom left please some one tell me what to do its useless to me rn and i would like too play my ps4 cotroller on my xbox

This means the device is waiting connection from console and/or controller. Note that on the device display there are two dots. The top dot should turn off as soon as the Titan One is connected to the console. And the bottom dot should turn off when the controller is plugged.

For better help you, please inform which console and controller you are using with the Titan One.

ive tried to get it working like you said is there anyway i could send a picture of what its doing and i use first gen xbox 1 and im trying to use my ps4 controller

Please try plugging the Titan One into the console with the console turned on, plug in an official xbox controller to authenticate with the console, you should then be able to unplug the xbox controller and plug in your ps4 controller.

Mad is right. You need first authenticate the device with Xbox One console using a XB1 controller before plug your PS4 controller. Here is a step-by-step guide for this procedure:
