Titan One - Keyboard and mouse - Strange delay

Hello! I am pretty new to all of the titan products but when trying to use key board and mouse on any game on ps4, when ever I move my mouse and press a different key, it stops my mouse movement. Can anyone help?

Possible there is something incorrect in your MaxAim DI layout settings. Please export the MaxAim layout (Menu file -> Export) and attach the file to this post so we can download and check. If you have a script loaded into MaxAim, also add it here.

it is very strange. Whenever i am looking and press another button to move or whatever it stops my mouse from moving.

Thank you for attaching your MaxAim layout. Everything looks good with it.

I tested it and couldn't reproduce the described issue (mouse movement stop to work when a keyboard key is pressed).

Are you using physical mouse and keyboard? or virtual devices via Parsec or similar software?
