Titan One Support for PS5

Postby PeptoBismol » Sat Dec 12, 2020 2:47 am

Hey everyone,

Does the titan one support ps4/ps5? And is there still ongoing firmware support for the titan one?

We will be soon implementing on the Titan One the same solution we already have working on the Titan Two for PS5 games.

Thanks.

Thanks for working on this J2Kbr, any ETA on the update?

I'd like to try using the PS5 controller on the switch!

Hello,

I’ve updated the firmware, and chosen PS5. I’ve tried with and without the authentication box ticked. With it ticked it cuts me off to recconect every 8 minutes, which doesnt sound bad but when play FPS games its not playable to keep being cut off. And without the box ticket after a while the controller stops working altogether. I’ve made sure the connection is wired and i’m using a scuf, any advice?

Thanks

"Old" Scuf controllers are modded PS4 controllers, which at the end is a first-party controller. To avoid the 8 minutes reconnection you will need a third-party controller, such as Scuf Vantage, Astro C40, Hori, Nacon, etc.

Thanks for the reply

I’m using a Scuf Impact it’s only a year old and they are a different shape to the normal DS4 completely so this should work without authentification shouldn’t it?

Thanks again

You are welcome.

Despite the custom outer shell, the internal circuit of Scuf Impact is from a DS4 controller:

The other odd thing is, it works fine with Warzone which is a ps4 version but doesnt work on the ps4 or ps5 cold war
