Pc not recognizing my device

Have tried different cables and putting it in programming mode to update firmware. I get an error code 8 and contact support team. Any idea how to fix this?

Hello, try to reflash the firmware using the recovery:

It's needed to update 2 times, the first is the recovery firmware and the second is the actual firmware.
