Unplug the device and try a hard reset of the console by holding down the power button on the xbox for 10~ seconds or unplugging the power cord.

If it still happens try a different USB port on the console, the back one is preferred.

After connect the Titan One to the PS4 console, and a PS4 controller wired on the Titan One, please let me know if the top and bottom dots on the device’s display turns off or stays on. If the dot(s) stay on, please let me know which one. Thanks.

On Gtuner Pro - Tools - device monitor - its set PS5 (output), I change to PS4 and always back to PS5

Let’s first try reflash the Titan One firmware, to be sure it is okay and not corrupted.

Please re-flash the firmware using the recovery mode, as explained here:

It may be necessary double press the reset button to enter in the programing mode (P).

After that, connect the device to your computer via PCPROG port and open Gtuner Pro.

- Go to top menu Tools -> Options...

- On Device tab:
1. Set the output protocol to PS4.
2. Disable all speed up settings.

Close the Options window and test again with the PS4 console.

I followed the steps, improved the wired connection, but bluetooth continues to disconnect AU AU

I believe this is an issue with the latest firmware (2.71), I was previously using a very old firmware and had no issues whatsoever with Bluetooth, now that I updated the T1 constantly shows AU and after a couple minutes it just freezes, the only way to fix it is to physically disconnect the T1 and reconnect it. It's times like this that I wish there was a downgrade option, but I guess for now we just have to wait until @J2Kbr can look into it.
