How to connect Titan one with dongle to wireless controller

I’m stumped. I have a Titan one plugged into my Xbox one. I have a USB Bluetooth dongle plugged into it. How do I link my wireless Xbox one controller to the Bluetooth dongle that’s plugged into the Titan one?

What controller are you trying to connect?

The elite series 2 and xbox one s controller are supported for bluetooth
