DS4->Switch causes error:"2011-0301"

I'm trying to connect Dualshock4 controller to Switch via Titan one. But pressing any button on DS4, my switch is terminated and displays error message (Error code: 2011-0301). The error seems appear in case Switch Pro controller wired connection setting is OFF. But the setting is actually ON.

Xbox One controller to Switch via Titan one works correctly, so I wonder why only DS4 causes "2011-0301" error.

Is titan one with DS4 not available for current Switch system version (12.0.3)? My environment is as follows.
Switch system version: 12.0.3
Titan one Firmware version: 2.71
Gtuner Pro version: 3.70

Did you try clearing the controllers in the switch settings?
