Problem with my Titan One

Hi everyone, I haven't used my Titan One for about three months. Now that I try to use it on the Titan screen it shows me an E with a colon (above and below). I tried to do the hard reset but nothing happens.The pad is always the same and so is the thread. Everything has remained the same as three months ago. If i try to set Titan it says: "Device not found". It's all connected How can I do, help me !!
