Titan one not working at all.

Hello, I bought two titan ones for my Xbox with the intention of using a flight stick the gx56 for warthunder. When I got the devices they were preset to run ps4 so in my computer I changed them to Xbox and when I plug either one into my Xbox it flashes AU with two dots, I then plug in my controller and it stays the same. No matter what I do I can get the console to register on the titan one note the controller. My controller vibrates so I kkow it’s getting power but it still won’t work. And I have done all of the turn Xbox off and don’t have controller batteries and even having my computer plugged in at the same time. Any help would be loved.
