Titan One stopped working (PS4)

I have been using my Titan One for about 8-9 months now, without any issues what so ever. But suddenly 3-4 days ago, it just wouldnt connect properly. It has this blue light and circular animation motion on the titan one - and just wont connect.

I have had luck connecting it maybe 3 or 4 times during the 200 times I have tried the last few days. I had to plug it out and back in, again and again and again. I have tried 3 different charging cables, 2 different consoles and 3 different controllers, no luck.

Most of the time that I have similar issues, it is a cable problem. I would recommend replacing the cable(s) with new ones.

im going thru the same issue and everything's new it'll vibrate but its skipping authentication mode.
