using thrustmaster t16000m on gtuner only has y axis input

im trying to set up my new t16000m flight stick (without the throttle. i dont have a way to connect both at once) so i can use it on xbox. its one of the PC only models, and when i plug the stick into my titan one and go to device monitor it only gives me a y input for both stick axis. and when it is at a resting position, it gives me a -100 value to the HID_STICK_1_Y value. it works perfectly fine when i use it on a different input detector, but for some reason gtuner refuses to read it properly. please help!!!
