TitanOne Stuck in P mode - HELP!

I got my replacement TitanOne in a couple of weeks ago and it has been working fine until today. I opened GTuner and it showed an update so I updated it to version 3.06. Now when I plug in my TitanOne, GTuner shows that my device isn't connected. Nothing on the TitanOne lights up at all.

I have tried two different PC's AND three different cables. I have hit the reset button underneath of the device and when I do the LED lights up with a "P". Any ideas on how I can get this problem corrected?

UPDATE-------------------------------> Thanks to HardCoreGammer's help I followed the manual's instructions and reprogrammed my device by updating the fw while in Program mode. All worked well with one exception. Now I cannot program my profiles into the T1 with GTuner because my "Program Device Slots" button is greyed out. Any suggestions?

Damn! I rebooted GTuner and opend it back up again and it's all good. T1 programmed. I feel like such a noob (but I'm not).
