Unable to use the "Titan One"! Why? Someone help!

Ok, you could have a malfunctioning Output Port. I can't really authorize an RMA on this, but you could contact your retailer and request this process get started at least. If you bought from Extreme-Mods, you can reference this thread. Once @J2Kbr confirms this, the RMA can go through. I'll PM him.

I'm off for the night, but I had one last thought. Your Titan One is getting power from the console since it's showing stuff on the LED screen, so I'm wondering why it's not detecting the console. You said you have done the firmware recovery mode?

Ok. I just received feedback from my sealer and I've been told I'm gonna have a replacement unit sent.

I haven't been able to ship it because of problems with my towns postal service system. (There where power problems and they have been closing early). I'm going to be able to ship it this next Monday (In 2 days). I'll let you know if there are any problems with the shipping.

Just to let everyone know. I just received my Titan One! And it seams that the problem I was having with the first one I got is that it was a defective product. I got it replaced and the one I received seams to be working appropriately.
