Hey welcome to the console tuner forums and community :)

Okay so you are having some lag when you press aim.Even a controller on a console have minimal lag of 1-2ms when its connected in wireless state instead of wired. I think its your keyboard and mouse cuz its wireless but It should not be there. Try one thing if you can connect wired keyboard and mouse and try the same thing if you still get lag then its something else otherwise i m sure its your wireless k/m.

or also could be the in-game sensitivity, that usually goes down when aiming.

First make sure the in-game sensitivity is at maximum and then configure the MaxAim mouse setting while you are with the aim down sight. Please let us know the results.

Connect the Titan one on the PC/laptop via micro USB cable, and connect your controller and check on device monitor to see if the buttons and trigger work on the controller if nothing shows then it can probably be your controller so try connecting another controller on your 360 with the titan one and see if that controller works.
