Will this USB Bluetooth Work for Using Wireless Controller

Okay so basically to use any Xbox 360 controllers on the Xbox one while using an Xbox One controller simultaneously, the Xbox One controller would connected via usb in the Titan One, I would then have to put the xbox 360 wireless receiver in a different usb port on the X1 and connect the xbox 360 controllers to it? Is that possible?

Basically the end goal is to have an Xbox One controller in use with the mods enabled, while having an Xbox 360 controller connected for a friend to use (mods do not have to be enabled for the friend) all on the Xbox one.

That will not work, for the receiver to work it needs to be connected to the Titan one.

You can always let your friend use the xbox one controller and you can just connect the 360 receiver to the Titan one and you and your friend can still play, but for the receiver to work with the xbox one you need to connect it to the Titan one.
