Memory slot not working

Just bought a Titan One and after a few days of working great 2 of the memory slot failed. Cannot load game packs into 1 and 4 memory slot. Tried everything and still does not work.

That is unusual. If one memory slot works, all others should work too. Can you please describe what steps you took to load a gamepack/script on the memory slot 1 and 4, and what made you conclude it is not working?

I follow the steps according to the instructions. I dragged the game pack into the slots but wont show up.

Nevermind........ Firmware recovery fixed the problem.
