Re: Latest FW Update broke my Titan One?
Well i'm guessing im talking about the up and down animation. The titan worked fine until I updated it to the latest firmware. I already redid the firmware and the gtuner software is set to Automatic. It still won't ever show the AU so I can plug my controller in. What else can I try?

what is the console you are using?
please check if the output protocol of your device is set to AUTOMATIC.
And, if you are using on PS4, uncheck the option "PS4 partial crossover support".

Unchecking the partial crossover shows me the Acquiring authentication now but when I plug in my PS4 controller nothing happens it still just says AU.

When you connect the controller, does the bottom dot on the device's displays turns off?

Okay, that means the Titan One is not recognizing your controller. Before we diagnose defect on the device, please try use any other controller, such PS3 controller to check if the bottom dot turns off. Thanks.

I have to add that only after a couple of months my Titan one (just) broke. Pretty sure either the new firmware is shonky to get us to purchase new device, or the actual device is hella cheap and lasts only a few months. I have to say, I was an extremely satisfied customer until now... Time to buy a Xim I guess. By the way the error is an E1, so I can't do anything

I am sorry for that. E1 is hardware defect (not related with FW upgrade).
Just recently I calculated the defect rate for the Titan One: 0.427%, which is pretty good. I any case, we consider customer satisfaction top priority. Please contact the retailer your bought the device for a replacement.

I bought it off extreme-mods (obviously). So I guess I will have to send it in for a replacement? Because it's an international shipment and it costs ~$40 for shipping, which I'm not paying. Roughly one device in every 200 units is not something i'd be proud of tbh.

0.427% translates to less than 5 units per 1000 units batch. It is actually pretty good.
