Pay Attention PLEASE

To whom it may concern. Thank you for the new Gamepack for COD Ghosts. I have some important questions though. Why are the adjustable values so high yet if you max them all out they do not work. I have found what works for my style of play and weapons choice but I am no where near max settings. i.e.. I run the following
Gun: MTAR x
scope: tracker sometimes holographic
barrel: silenced and sometimes muzzle brake
i carry no other weapons so as to max out perks.
ready up
on the go loading
agility
marathon
sleight of hand
stalker
Specialist package with scavenger, dead silent, and quickdraw. sometimes I swap quickdraw for stalker.
Anyway the point of this is that with this package i can only run levels of game pack at the following amounts before weird things happen. ( lag twitching loss of signal etc) and yes i run ps4 on the correct settings with boost n such.)
both rapid fires at 30 with 5 bullet burst
scope enabled
dropshot 1
full auto breathe
sprint cancel reload 1900 Btw I see no cancel in this mode. however other mode causes lag pretty badly.
press sensitive sprint
anti recoil on 25 maybe 30? with the rapids being able to go to 400 and reload to 4000 and recoil to 100 why can't I get even close to that. This is a wonderful tool with great potential so Happy I bought it! to me though if things are available they should be useable otherwise theres no point. Someone plz explain and feel free to help me tweak settings if you have any personal experience with this. ps the anti recoil is strange and the one i am most excited about. the higher i set its value though the harder it is to keep the gun from aiming down. is this its intent? The anti-recoil works by "aiming down" while you are pressing the firing button. As higher is the adjustable parameter, faster/stronger will be the applied "aim down". The goal is find the correct adjustable value to the weapon you are using, so it can compensate the weapon recoil by automatically "aiming down".
