help no power to titan one

help i have no activity when i connect my titan one to any device, it was working on ps4 then i updated the firmware it said fail on the last step, after that it would not connect through the PROG when plugged in. So i plugged it straight in through usb and i had a P on the led display but now im not even getting that now there is no power going to via ps4 or pc

This behavior is not normal. First let's try re-flash the firmware using the recovery mode, as explained here:

It may be necessary double press the reset button to enter in the programing mode.
