Jitter Fire not working in BO3?

When I try to use jitter fire in Black Ops 3 my gun just fires once then starts shaking back and forth very fast without firing another shot. It does this on all the non full auto shotguns, any ideas? I'm on XB1 if that makes a difference.

I'm assuming you are referring to the Jitter of the Gamepack. It is supposed to work with the shotguns, also note that you must have ammo to reload, if not it only does what you described.
