Are there any game packs that work with rainbow 6 siege that has anti recoil.

Yes, any gamepack with anti recoil will work with almost any shooter if the buttons layout is the same.
You can use the BO3 gamepack and set only the anti recoil mods.
Console tuner since my 1st controller.
Scripting, a game in the game.
