Locks or lags

Every time I use the T1 my controller lags or it locks to the same continuous movement.


Details:
Ps4
Sound bot Bluetooth adapter
Ps4 controller
About 2ft away from ps4
It does the same with a wired connection (ps4 (T1 adapter) to controller)
