Help Wont Authenticate

Postby joseruben_22 » Mon Jan 11, 2016 12:33 am

I been looking thru the forms and haven't found the answer to the question. I have had my titan one for about 2 weeks and now it wont authenticate. I have updated the firmware and gturner pro when I first got, I was able to use for a couple of days then I stop playing for about a week and now that I want to use it, it won't authenticate. All it's doing is going in circles(like in the pic). I tired resetting the titan one and nothing, I used the micro usb to plug into the ps4 controller and nothing. I also tired the Bluetooth dongle and nothing. and now I suck on what to do next. Can someone help me please? And thank you in advanced.

For troubleshooting lets keep the controller connection only with usb cable. It seems, in your picture, you does not have any controller connected on the Titan One. This is also confirmed by the bottom dot on the display. As soon you connect the PS4 controller the bottom dot should turn off. Please keep us updated.

Plug the Titan into your conputer, go to Tools-> Options -> Device -> Output Protocol, Ensure it is set to the proper device.
