The device (with display which is ALWAYS blinking) seems functioning (i can download the gamepaks and put them into the device, the Gtuner program recognize it). When i put it into a PS4 (i tried both bluetooth and wired cable) i see the E (without numbers) on the display and the pad doesnt work.

I believe that this is a problem from the Titan 1 to the controller. Do you have a different cable and controller to try?

You can also try resetting the dual shock 4 controller.

Turn off the PlayStation 4. Locate the small reset button on the back of the DualShock 4 near the L2 shoulder button. Use a small, unfolded paper-clip or something similar to push the button (the button is inside a tiny hole). Hold the button down for a couple of seconds and release

1. Make sure that you connect the controller directly to PS4 via cable (without Titan 1) first to ensure the controller is authenticated to the PS4.
2. Plug Titan 1 to PS4 usb. Titan 1 should display AU at this time.
3. Connect Titan 1 to controller with cable. The Titan 1 should now change from AU to 0.
