Are you using a bluetooth dongle or wired between Titan 1 and DS4?

Bluetooth.
Maybe i follow the wrong sequences of action...i need to put the Titan One onto PS4, then Enable Dualshock 4 Bluetooth searching, right?

Yes, you have to ensure that correct device options are set.

Re: [PS4] Problem
Hi, i tried to connect the TITAN ONE to ps4 by an high quality USB extension cable, but the problem persist (i can see an E on display). Now even when i try to connect the titan one to the pc the display is flashing without showing any of the symbols shown in the manual (the device is recognized ... but then why flashes?)

With an E "error" there should be a number that follows.
E1: Means hardware faulty. The device needs to be replaced.
E2: Means security check fail. The device is not genuine.
E3: Means software error. Please report to development team for further investigation.
You can also try a firmware recovery.

What happens when you plug in into Gtuner via the PC Prog port?
