PS4 Titan One stops working

Hi everyone,

sometimes the Titan one stops working during playing. The flashlight from my ps4 controller turns back from purple to blue. Has anyone a solution?

DS4 controller with PS4? Are you hard wired from the controller to PS4 or using bluetooth adapter? If you are hard wired, please try a different cable. I play hard wired and have gone through several cables so far.

If you are bluetooth, for troubleshooting try using a cable instead of bluetooth adapter.

yes, it can the the cable. I don't have any good suggestion related to model/brand, any good quality cable should work. In any case, before purchase the cable, it is preferable test to make sure it is the problem. Micro-USB cable is very common on android phones, you could use those for testing.

So far I have used the supplied cable to the PS4 . the error also does not come with every pack before game

So, the error only happens with a specific gamepack? if yes, please let me know which gamepack you are using. thanks.

If i use the battlefront or bo3 gamepack , switches off the titan . With the battlefield gamepack i don't have anyone problems. Maybe it is because i do not use so many options from the battlefield gamepack.

Even when enabling all options of a gamepack it should not be a problem. Please list the all options you have enabled, so I can try reproduce the issue.

I addition, I also recommend check if you have the latest firmware installed in your device (v 2.35)

thanks for the info. I am running the gamepack with this setting for about 20 min now ... so far so good. I will keep it loaded on the device for more time and update this topic on any news.

Additionally. It would be appreciated if any other user could confirm if also is having this issue. thanks.
