TitanOne not being recognized

I am using a TitanOne that i have used before, all of the sudden when i plug it in gtuner is not recognizing the device. I have used multiple cables and atleast three different computers. To make matters worse I have been locked out of my gmail account so I no longer have my receipt for when I purchased. What should I do?

I have also tried resetting it into Program mode

When connecting the device on PC (via the mini-USB cable):

1) does the device turns on?
2) the Windows plays that characteristic sound of a "new USB device connected"

And, when you tried the programming mode:

3) the device's display showed the letter 'P'?
4) again, windows played the "new USB device connected" sound?

No there is no sound for either. I have always loved the product and how helpful you guys are. What should I do?

as you already tried other cables, it can means the PCPROG port of your device is defective. In this case I would suggest contact the retailer you bought the device for a replacement. however, if you could do some experimentation on another computer, it could help us to be sure about that.

I have used more than one computer. My gmail account was disabled so I have no way of proving with receipt. I bought it from http://www.extreme-mods.com/ paying with my paypal. I can provide the correct person with my name address and paypal used at time of purchase. What should I do?

That, I believe, should be more than enough to locate you order. Please contact Extreme-Mods, you can mention we already discussed (Jefferson from ConsoleTuner) and diagnosed the defect.
