it keeps flashing 1 and 3 or 1 and error..

comp wont recognize it unless i unplug it for a few mins and replug back in.. tried to restore firmware with paperclip and nothing happens... broke?

E1 means hardware defect. I'm sorry about that. Please contact the retailer you bought the Titan One for a replacement. Here at the ConsoleTuner.com we don't have access to stock and/or units. This is totally handled by our retailers. thanks.

E1 error means the unit is malfunctioning and needs to be repaired. In these cases you have to contact the vendor to return the unit for a replacement.

Before doing that try a firmware recovery first.

mine also 5% of the time get E1. i have noticed that sometimes when you plug the cord to the PCPROG port half way by accident and 500 ms later you push it all the way in, you get this E1 message.

to avoid E1 errors, the PCPROG cable is connected to the PCPROG port even when i not using my T1, and the USB male Connector is unplug.

what is the technical reason behind E1?
exactly which part of the hardware is not working.

We are selling the Titan One for about 1 year and 6 months.
