Use rapid fire perk without actually taking up a perk spot
I use the XB1 BLOPS 3 gamepack.
Which value do I change to make my gun rapid fire without actually using the perk?
Such as for guns like the Man O War, ICR etc?
Thanks!

Rapid fire mod only helps semi-auto weapons only and there is only some special cases that it might help a automatic weapon be faster like the AN-94 which the first two bullets comes out faster than the rest which with the right timing of a rapid fire can reset the first two bullets to stay at the rate of the rpm it kicks out. In game there is a rpm cap on each weapon and if you pass that cap you will either get a stutter in the firing or a mod lock which like you described locks up and stops shooting.
In most cases if you put a rapid fire on a automatic it will drag the speed down that is why it is preferred not use a rapid fire on automatics unless your trying to control it. So if your getting mod block turn down your speed on the rapid fire.

Rapid fire doesn't speed up the Man-O-War but a anti-recoil may help.

These guys sell a true rapid fire mod MegaModzPlanet there is even gameplay on youtube with a guy using the man o war and shooting 30 rps. Wish I had done some research before I bought this thing.

You don't even know your guns because in that video that you posted it was a ICR-1 that was drop shooting and it was firing normal speed with perk.

I posted a video here? I did in another thread talking about evil controllers. But in this thread I'm speaking on something else. Don't be so mad bro anger only blinds us.
