My TitanOne keeps getting controller disconnected on PS4

Recently my titan one started to give me trouble.

It only comes back alive after I unplug every connection, and start up again.

I use it only for M/KB combo.

I have to jigged it on the usb port of the ps4 for it to work correctly.

Inspecting the male connector it looks like there is an 'excess' of plastic before the metal connections begin

In case we diagnose some sort of defect, you can contact the retailer you bought the device to ask for a replacement.

I did check other usb plugs, and the design having the usb plug longer is to account for ps4 usb location.

But still my titan one needs to be bent for it to work, I will record a video soon and post it...
