Record function for controller input.

Postby Dephault » Fri Mar 04, 2016 11:25 pm

Hey guys,

Not sure if this has been covered in here before..
But for the programming of the device it would be great if we can add a function that simply identifies all inputs from buttons pressed in the same order, duration, pressed level etc from the contoller. Then we can record these inputs and save them as a new script into the titan one.

This would simplify the process soo much and make glitches 100 percent everytime.

Is something like this possible?
Thanks.

You can do this with combo magick! Go to plugins on top of Gtuner to load it.

Seriously? Haha. I've used this for months now and didn't even know this. So it has to plug into the computer as well as the ps4?

Wait. Can this be used whilst playing the ps4 at the same time?

This will not do precisely what you requested, but I wrote a script that will record your inputs and play them back. The times can be adjusted, but not individually.

Great script! For some reason it doesn't capture my LT or a longer press of RT. Guess you have it set up as just quick button presses?

This would be even better than your combo magick if you capture a couple and upload it back to see what it looked like.

The script is set up to have the same button hold times and button wait times for all actions, the script is using many of the variables already so I decided to not attempt to record the press/wait times as well. I do not know that I could have done that, and I know I could not have kept those saved inbetween the device being turned off and on.
