Needing help with titan one

How exactly does this thing work, ive tried reading the forums, tried following instructions, still does not work, do I have to have my wireless xbox one controller connected at all times, if so then this product will probably not work for me as I wanted to use this without cords, I have the original xbox one controller, please can someone write detail instructions on how to set this up, from step one to step finish? thanks

To use the X1 controller wireless with the Titan One you have to have the recently released Microsoft X1 wireless receiver, without that you must play wired.
Console tuner since my 1st controller.

Just an addition information. The support for Xbox One wireless adapter is yet a working in progress.
