Just how the heck do i get onto the page which shows the downloads once i have selected whats mods to use then save them, it seems as if i am going in circles just trying to find it,

I assume that you mean from Gtuner when download scripts. You can see the actual script from the "GPC Compiler" tab of Gtuner. You can also seem them in the upper left section of the "Programmer" tab.
