The "P" should only be display when doing a firmware recovery. Therefore, it might be good to start with a firmware recovery and starting over. We need to ensure that the Titan 1 is properly working before programming it with gamepacks or scripts.

I did go through all the videos again just to be sure of programing. It still rotates like it is plugged into my PC in green with a dot at the bottom near the button while it is plugged into my PS4 and I have had it hooked in for a total of 30 minutes now without the controller plugged in or on. Will it show a red A and U?

Did you do the firmware recovery?

yes, just did that and still the same way when connecting to my PS4. The light is blue; the icon cycles like it is plugged into my PC and there is a dot at the bottom.

Please try some different cables to rule them out. When I got my Titan 1, I had cables in my home already that did not work.
