TitanOne Safety

Postby DaSoul » Tue Mar 29, 2016 12:26 pm

Hey guys,

just talked to a friend and he told me

"i will warn you however back with the old version with the PS3- i did get my console banned... not sure how they worked it out.. so just be careful.. sony are not forgiving."

So it is detectable? Or has there been a previous version that was?

The devise is not detectable it is what you do in game like glitches that could get you banned. Example: Jitter which you can actually get banned which haven't seen much of someone getting banned. Now bad language and cussing someone out is what there hitting up hard on. If you just stick to rapid fires and other simple things that makes your experience easier and enjoyable. They're not going to detect that!

The Titan 1 replicates the controller communication. There is no way for the Sony and PS4 to know whether it is talking directly to DS4, third party controller or Titan 1.

The game developers can gain evidence through game play and server based information irregularities such as exploiting glitches, boasting, and some mods. Incidents are then reviewed and passed along to the appropriate parties (i.e. Activision & Sony).

For the Titan 1, certain mods would be almost impossible for them to detect - i.e. auto sprint, drop shot, long/double jump. Rapid fire would be slightly less difficult but still very hard. The jitter mod (especially with swap weapons) would be a lot easier to detect along with any exploit mods (i.e. unlimited hellstorms, unlimited specialist time, etc.).

I have been playing COD since MW2. I have only know 1 person (out of hundreds) that got his console (PS3) banned, for he was using some extreme hacks on his consoles.

I know of many people though that used other exploits (master prestige) and only got their account reset and temporary bans. I also have several friends that got temporary bans for language or offensive emblems.

I understand the replication part, but isn't that exactly what could cause a detection? I mean there is some kind of authentication right, couldn't they just work with signatures and detect, that the titan 1 is a completely different device?

thanks for your detailed answer. :joia:

UK_Wildcats_Fans explanation is very precise. It is impossible for the console detect the Titan One as a modding device. The authentication requests and responses transparently pass-thru the Titan One, from the console and the connected controller.
