I just bought a nano dongle from amazon and took the one with highest rating. ~1400 4.5 star rating, works good.
As long as it is not a very old dongle i guess you can use everything.

Some specs of mine:

USB Bluetooth 4.0 (also compatible with 2.0 and 1.1)
2,402 - 2,480 GHz
10m range

The nano seems to be a good choice.
For reference, some other recommendations:

I have this "SoundBot SB340 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter Universal Plug and Play Dongle Class 2". I wanted to know if this is good because my friend said me that there is some causing a lag. He said the best was the ASUS.

correct, some user reported issues with this Bluetooth dongle. However, for some other users it seemed to be work properly. Please refer to the topic linked below for for details about issues related with bluetooth dongles:

Do you have zero lag/same exp. as with DS4 with a bluetooth dongle? Cause if i play with a dongle for example The Division i can feel lag. Thought it is due to processing through the Titan or something.

The Division in the DZ has a lot of lag and not caused by Titan or most likely the dongle because I tested not hooked up to Titan and being wired. Something with there servers. At times it is good depending on what server your on at the time.

The Division servers are overloaded I think. There is a lot of lag on it on the PS4 side as well. I run the Titan One wired, and have even tried without using the Titan One at all. The lag is a real game lag, nothing changed when I tried without. I honestly don't think they expected the game to take off the way that it did.

So in other games, even when playing with a bt dongle, there shouldn't be lag/same experience as playing directly with the controller?

It is always better directly hooked up to the controller and consoled wired instead of being on Wi-Fi! Being with the Titan or without it. If your looking for a reason that the Titan is lagging you, then don't!
