titan one issue

I don't know if am in the right thread and I apologize for it if am not. so my question is I have an astro A40 headset works fine and all but once I connect my titan one and what not. I cant not use my headset it works in all but I cant hear my friends talk or any noice but once I remove the titan then everything fine.. is there a way to fix this?

No as the titanone can't pass through the audio signal. Only solution right now would be a wireless headset where you plugin the dongle directly into the ps4.

DaSoul is right. The Titan One does not support audio pass-thru. What is the console you are using? so we can suggest alternative solutions to voice chat with the Titan One.
