Can't program Titan One... Timed out Error

Hey guys,

I just received a Titan One in the mail. Wanted to get this thing up and running for Destiny. I plug it into my computer to program some gamepacks into the memory slots but get this

"Entering Programming Mode.....FAILED"
Timeout Error: The device is not responding.

I'm running Parallels Desktop on a Mac (Windows 7)

My Titan One connects and has FW v2.06

Any suggestions?

Not sure how Parallels works, but on Virtual Box you need configure 2 USB devices, the VID:PID 2508:0003, as you probably already did, and the VID:PID 2508:8003. The last one is the Titan One Bootloader, used to program the flash memory.

As example, on VirtualBox, you should do:

VirtualBox Manager -> Your VM -> Settings -> USB

Click on + button
Select the device with ID: 2508:0003
Click OK

Put the device in program mode and repeat the previous step, but this time for device ID: 2508:8003
