Program Button On Device

Hello, I am having a problem with my device. When run GTuner and add the gamepacks it shows they were added. Even when i do a device monitor it shows to be working fine. The issue I am having is when i try to push the button to switch slots on the device itself whether its plugged in mini usb or in my 360 the device will not switch slots. But when i click slots in device monitor it switches. Can you help me with this?

Seems there is a problem with the button actuator. You can try rapid push the button many times to see if you can get it work again. If not my suggestion is contact the reseller you bought to exchange the unit for a new one.
