Re: Titan One cannot establish connection with Switch
The adapter finally arrived, an AmazonBasics Type-C to USB adapter cable. Happy to say that the Titan One does work with my Switch, when connected directly to the console with this adapter.
The dock is the issue - which is super weird. It has no trouble powering the Titan One, and it definitely works with the wired Switch Pro controller. I'm just going to have to replace the dock, and see if that solves the issue.
Thank you for your time and patience! I hate that I effectively wasted your time with this weird issue, but at least there's nothing wrong with the Titan One here.
edit - July 7th: Just in case someone has the same issue - I did eventually replace my Switch dock, and it solved my issue immediately. Titan One works on Switch without issue.
