i did it but when i try to recovery i got that error like the device cant update

The Titan One displayed a P on the LED and you still got a error? Will you upload a screenshot of your Programmer Tab with the device plugged in? Also the Firmware update screen showing current version and the version being upgraded to.

it shows the P but when i try to update the device i got that error

Could you post those screenshots for me? They will help @J2Kbr to figure out your issue as well if I can't.

Please disable the TE firmware before try the firmware recovery.

In the pic it says Device Disconnected. Do you have it plugged in right with the cable

L.E.D screen pops up ( P ) . ???? I'm getting the same issue . I just got this replacement a few weeks ago and I'm assuming due to the fluxes of weather temperature its affecting my Titan One .
