Titan One Error (Flashing 1 and 3)

My titan one has all the sudden stopped working. when i connect it to any device, it flashes 1 and 3. I have tried ressetting it and doing anything i can think of, but its not working. its not connecting to the device and that 1 and 3 keeps showing. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear that but:
E1: Means hardware faulty. The device needs to be replaced.
E2: Means security check fail. The device is not genuine.
E3: Means software error. Please report to development team for further investigation.

Please check with the retailer you purchased the device to check if still possible get a replacement.
