problem with titan 2 and xim4 apex

hey been using the titan 2 with my xim4 apex for awhile now changed my mouse today was working great turned my console off for a bit (xbox) when i turned it back on am gettings a u error and nothing is working when i plug my xim4 apex in without the titan 2 its working fine any suggestions on how to fix? :(

Have you tried another cable for the controller?

Try a hard reset of the console by holding the xbox power button down for 20~ seconds.

have been trying everything for the last 2 hours could it be a power fault cause of new mouse?

There is a chance for that. When using the Titan Two in conjunction with XIM, it may be necessarily power the Titan Two with an external power supply, as there will be at least 5 devices connected at the same time (Titan Two, XIM, controller, keyboard and mouse). This configuration can potentially require more power than what the USB port from the console can supply, in this case the Titan Two can be powered by an external power supply and, consequently, also provide power for all the other devices.
