Xbox Adapter Not Connecting

Recently I got a Titan two and it works fine, I tried connecting a xbox wireless adapter but nothing shows up. It does not sync to my controllers at all, but using the adapter without the tian two everything works fine. I set Output to Xbox One, and tried Bluetooth multi interface to not avail. I have a detected, configured, and working Micro SD so that is not the problem. I do not have a bluetooth module but do not need one with the Xbox adapter. for whatever reason it does not work. It is a genuine adapter and both controller and Gtuner are up to date. I tried syncing wired, then using bluetooth and syncing it with controllers but it just does not detect it. I want to use my series 2 controller wireless, and if not then a regular controller, but the syncing seems to never work and I would prefer over wired, any help appreciated. Also wondering if there is a way to detect in Gtuner if a microsoft adapter is plugged in or not to see all connected devices, but do not know where to look.

Ok got it, i retried steps but this time i turned off the console while doing everything. Think there was an issue where my controller was syncing to the console itself and trying not to sync to the adapter or something

I just got a titan two, i followed the steps for wireless to work and i get - Xbox One Wireless: Initialization error 1 [ nav 0, type 3, size 0, pos 93 ]

I have the wireless V2 adapter

The LED is red

Mein Problem ist, dass die Verbindung nach dem Ausschalten verloren geht. Habe ebenfalls den V2 Wireless Adapter von Microsoft.
