Ok i do have my controller on and connected to the titan, and i dont ever disconnect it.
I turn on the software and turn on the plug in maxaim di i import my settings and enter capture mode, my controller turns off. i play from 2-10 min and it turns off, the buttons that i was pressing last freeze in game and i spin around shooting in circles, till i disconnect the controller from titan and turn in the controller.

do you have any of the "Speedup settings" enabled? If yes please disable them, or at least the "Inframe In". I think this is setting that is causing the controller disconnection. Here is the documentation of the "Speedup Settings":

Seems you have all proper connected. The controller turns off as soon you enter in capture mode? consistently?

This does not really makes sense for me, as you mentioned, the controller is connected with USB cable, and it should not be able to "turn off".

And using the Titan One on PS4 normally, without plugins. Do you have any disconnection problem?

If the Titan One is working perfectly, as you stated, it should work with plugins is as well.

Do you tried a different mini-USB cable to connect Titan One on PC?

Maybe also try a free install of Gtuner and MaxAim.

Sorry, I'm a little bit lost. Please describe, step-by-step, how you are making the connections and exactly which point you get stuck, for example:

1) The device configuration: Output protocol: AUTOMATIC, Speedup Settings: ALL OFF, etc
2) Connect Titan One on PS4
3) Connect the DS4 on Titan One with mjni-USB cable
4) and so on...

that will help me to better give your directions and solve your problem.
