Titan One says "E" when i plug in my xbox 360 controller

HI i have my titan one plugged into my xbox 360 and im trying to set it up and use a xbox one controller but i know that you need to use a wired 360 controller first and auth it. well i have a wireless xbox 360 controller and one of those chargers that you plug into your xbox. I plugged it into my titan and now it says "E" and its flashing. Im using a regular 360 controller. How do I stop it from saying E and what does it mean?

The Play&Charge USB Cable does not transmit data, it only charges the controller.

which again means the usb cable only charges the controller. So this also means the titan one is not getting the data, and therefore can't authenticate.

I personally don't have xbox 360, but could you possibly try with another usb cable? like those for wired? (idk if it is possible, as i said i never had xbox 360)
