My Setup: Wheel, Flight Sticks, and Transcription Pedals?
Got everything UP and running after a bit of troubleshooting, but the result is quite impressive:
Current setup:
Razer Wildcat (Xbox One controller w/extra shoulder buttons)
Razer Blackwidow (mechanical keyboard)
Kensington Expert Mouse (billiard ball sized trackball)
Joytech Nitro (Xbox 360 passive racing wheel)
Joytech Pedals (Gas/Brake)
I also add any one of the following at will:
Saitek Cyborg 3D Gold (adjustable ambidextrous flight stick)
Top Gun official joystick (retro flight stick)
Panasonic USB transcription foot pedals (3 programmable pedals)
The steering wheel has native support from the Titan One, so the pedals stay on the floor and are used for virtually every car based game I play, from PUBG to GTA to Crossout… it’s nice to have and very instinctive to use. Though I virtually never use the wheel for steering.
The massive trackball is a joy to play with as the kinetic energy of the ball is very useful! It’s also got four programmable buttons and a scroll “wheel” wrapped around its equator.
I’ve got the trackball slid right up to the keyboard so I can access the ten-key section with my right hand without taking my fingers off the trackball.
The transcription pedals are 3 digital foot pedals on a base the size of a dvd case. Good get, especially for use in Mudrunner where binding the pedals to diff/awd/e-brake is awesome!
Thank you Consoletuner!
This setup is really a dream come true for me!!! The fact that I can swap it all between my PlayStation 3 and Xbox One is also a major plus!
